Antique late Georgian azurite/malachite bangle. The quality is amazing. Every letter of “Souvenir” is in gothic style and riveted multiple times in the stone. Inside it is silver and the letters are gold. French, where there were many copper mines and azurite/malachite was easy to find. For sure from Grand Tour period, but I bet this was done on purpose.
