A pretty Art Deco ring boasts a large cabochon cut synthetic ruby, surrounded by a cluster of natural diamonds. Synthetic rubies were first successfully created in the early zoth century. By the 1910s-20s they had become widely available and were particularly popular in Art Deco jewellery. This ring is crafted in 18ct gold and platinum. Reference: CAX129
