A wonderful pair of gilt-copper repoussé candlesticks bearing a bishop’s coat of arms. Only the sockets and the dish immediately beneath are cast; the sockets in two parts with vertical seams. The remaining parts of the candlestick are made from sheet copper, the designs made by repoussé work, finished with chasing and gilding. Item code: 3914
