A fine 17th century, or possibly earlier, carved boxwood plaque depicting Poseidon and Amphitrite. Remains of an old label to the reverse with an attribute to Jean Goujon (France c.1510-c.1565). Now sold. Excellent condition on custom made stand @pieri_ltd
