A vellum bound book containing leaves from a Medieval Psalter-Hymnal. French, late 15th century. The pages appear to be from two Medieval Psalter/Hymnal’s bound in the 19th century. Many of the pages have polychromed and gilt decorated letters, flowers, fruits, birds, insects, snails and squirrels.
